We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders can’t be edited once they’ve been placed. Please note, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour they’re placed. To cancel your order while within this time window, simply navigate to the order history inside your account. We are unable to cancel orders after this window has passed. 

Outdoor Drinkwares reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain any image or text that could be considered offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Canceled orders will be refunded within 5-7 days.

If a product is out of stock, simply enter your email address in the notification box after you select the product you would like to purchase. You’ll receive an email once it becomes available.

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-4 business days. 

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included.
