The interior coating of my thermos deteriorated. I had been under the impression that my thermos interior was solid stainless steel. However, I came to find that it actually had a coating that failed.
The company eventually sent me a new thermos.
The persons I dealt with were courteous and professional.

I had a damaged product and I emailed customer support. They quickly sent me a return label and all info I needed to within 24 hrs to ship my product back. And received my replacement within 7 days.

We have owned several YETI products and have been very happy with them. One of our products had a defect in the exterior finish. Outdoor Drinkwares was great at handling the replacement of the defective product. A few pictures, and it was approved. They sent a pre-paid return label for the defective product. Thank you!

I contacted Outdoor Drinkwares about a travel mug that was shedding it's outer layer. They sent me a shipping label to return it, and they sent me a brand new one right away. So happy! Honestly, this is the only travel mug I bother using.
